What I do
I work with you to fine-tune your financial strategy to maximize value, accelerate growth and achieve your growth & profit goals. A Virtual CFO typically works remotely and interacts with you and your team in regular intervals. Often this is a monthly meeting to review financial performance and corporate strategy. A Virtual CFO uses a technological platform to provide accurate, timely data useful for analytical purposes.
As your Virtual CFO, I will supervise staff to perform various financial and accounting tasks. Usually this is the in-house lead finance person and/ or bookkeeper. These individuals take care of the daily financial operations. If you do not have these positions in house, I can provide a recommendation for you.

- Availability of staff on site

There may be a one-time onboarding cost of one to two months depending on the service provided.
